Version206 Tracker is a Microsoft Dynamics CRM add-on for the service module that helps to
maintain service level agreements (SLA's) by tracking the duration of time that an incident remains unresolved.

 
Many service contracts are complex and may involve an incident moving between different service departments before being resolved. With V206 Tracker, comprehensive tracking allows for a
detailed analysis of service performance and superior management of the service cycle. Incidents approaching SLA expiry are flagged as high priority and managers alerted.
 

Built in auditing allows for careful reconstruction of individual incidents and building an understanding of where and why
bottlenecks occur. This creates an atmosphere of ownership amongst staff and management.
